1. Match day programme
Ours is probably the best programme produced outside of the national professional leagues. Why?
Produced with black and white or coloured pages and text, editorials and advertising can be changed up to three days before the match programme is produced. For the weekend matches, the programme is printed for sale and distribution across the town on the Thursday before the Saturday game. This will include up to date league statistics and match reports from games played on the Tuesday of the same week. In addition to senior team reports, the programme also has reports on the youth teams and editorials about businesses and events in the football community.
It is one of the only match day programmes sold away from the ground in the league. Sales sites include the main line railway station, shops in the High Street and the London Road. The programme is also available on subscription.
Targeted as an even split of editorial and advertisements, it is a first for the club in its 115 years of football. Its a first for a non league club of EGTFC ranking to produce a programme of this quality. The success of the programme is attributed to the businesses supporting it with regular advertising and recognition by local businesses in seeing opportunities to build their business within the community through the club. Its a community match day programme with professional editorials written by our very own professional sports journalist since the 80s.
We can boast having a premier programme, but to develop the club we need premier business support.

Advertising in the match day programme ranges from £150 - £500 per season or £8 - £25 per game, depending upon the choice of black and white, or colour and size from Ό page advertisements to full A5 page colour advertisements.

2. Pitchside Perimeter Advertising Boards
We have various sizes of advertising boards and we can accommodate special designs. Board sizes are 5ft, 8ft, 10ft, 15ft and 20ft in length. All are 2 ½ ft high and set against the pitch side perimeter railings, however, special designs can be a combination of these sizes and prices can be negotiated.
Prices can vary due to board positioning around the ground and the size of the board. The club has a number of dedicated suppliers who can produce the boards. The club rents the space to businesses for advertising on a two year contract. The production of boards is through a business nominated supplier and outside of the advertising contract with the club.

8ft boards start at £260, this excludes manufacture of the board

It is recommended that a site visit to the club with the commercial manager to discuss the positioning of the board is a valuable exercise. Failing this, locations can be emailed.

3. Match day sponsor
The price includes 4 complimentary tickets and match day programmes. Your name appears on the front cover of the programme, along with an introduction on the first page of the programme and you can have a half page coloured feature in the programme either as an editorial about why you sponsored the game or a business ad.

£40 per match discounted when more than one match is booked. As a business, a group of friends or family.

4. Merchandise sponsorship
With the introduction of club merchandise, we can now offer business sponsorship on certain products ie footballs, caps, stationary etc.

5. Team Sponsorships
As a club, we are very proud to be in a situation where, in the 2005 2006 season, only a small number of our teams are seeking renewed sponsorship from existing sponsors or seeking new sponsors to come forward.
Prices for team or kit sponsorships are determined by age and range from £750 to £2,500. Some businesses sponsor kits and have company logos on the fronts of the shirts. Some businesses, however, buy packages, which include advertising at the ground, in the matchday programme and through other marketing channels available via the club.
As a cheaper alternative, we have secondary sponsorship. This can be achieved in a number of ways depending upon the budget available.
- Secondary shirt sponsorship of teams from £360 (First XI excluded). This is your company logo displayed below or above the shirt number on the back of the shirt (conditions apply).
- Sponsoring a shirt number 1 to 17 in the senior side. Your company on a shirt of your choice for £100 (conditions apply). Linked advertising with match day programme included
- Sponsor a player, programme linked, for £65 is all it costs. Your name will appear in every match day programme (Conditions apply)

6. Other sponsorship opportunities
There are many other sponsorship opportunities to support the club and the community. The club, for many years working with the community, has hosted many events and many more are planned. Footy fundays, sports personality evenings, the towns fireworks, youth development and football in the community, are all examples of sponsorship opportunities. Further details are available
